Rehearsals will be held at the NEW Wellness Center room at the remodeled WMS UNTIL tech week, when we will move to Pendery Auditorium at WHS.
Students will not be permitted to stay at school between the time of dismissal and the start of rehearsal as there is no supervision - other arrangements must be made by request of the administration.
In order to be cast you must be available for the audition, all rehearsals to which you are called (note on audition form dates you have conflicts or they will not be permitted), all rehearsals during Tech Week (no absences allowed that week ), and for both shows.  If you are not able to commit to that schedule, you will not be cast.
Parents must sign up their student for a 15 minute audition time HERE.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in, but students are NOT permitted to stay after school until the start of auditions as there is no supervision for them (!).  Students MUST bring the attached Audition Form (completed!) with them to the audition or they will not be permitted to audition. The form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian, and it must list all rehearsal conflicts in detail. Parents are also asked on the form to promise their volunteer commitment.  Here is the Audition Form (the pdf version can also be accessed on the WMS Blog):
https://docs.google.com/a/konabistro.com/document/d/1U_NCvoo8Cm7DMw2h-FxfMo5FRVEQdka7XHNQww0Z1zI/edit
Other than the Audition Form, bring only yourself and a good attitude to the audition - the directors will have you read from the script (Cold Readings) so there is nothing to prepare.   Wear something comfortable and have fun!
IF you are interested in being involved on Tech Crew, please pick up a form outside of Mr. Allen's room and bring the completed form to auditions. You do not need to audition, but they would like to collect all forms at that time.
Questions?  Email wmsdrama@wyomingcityschools.org.   Or amyelliott@konabistro.com (but I am just the parent volunteer so any questions for directors should be emailed to the first address).
Thanks!
