This week!

Hi Everyone!!!
Crazy weather we are having!  Here is the scoop for this week...
*  No rehearsal Tuesday - today - because school is closed
*  Tomorrow ALL are still needed, but we will concentrate on Act 2.  Please plan on staying until 6:30.
*  Thursday is still a run of the whole show.  We will still have a costume parade at 6:00.  This will probably take about half an hour - be flexible please!
*  On Friday, we are setting up sound.  That only involves sound people!

Hi Cast of Treasure Island!  How about his weather!  I hope you are all staying warm and toasty!  I am only changing the time and what we are doing tomorrow.  I am cramming two rehearsals and a parent meeting into one night so we can stay on schedule.  Also note the change in time for tomorrow; due to the snow days I now have a meeting after school tomorrow, so I have to push things back.  Well, here goes:

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8TH - 5:00-6:00 All cast called for a read-through.  At 6:00 we will have a parent meeting for all to sign-up to volunteer.  6:30-8:00 we will have our original Wednesday rehearsal, which only involves some of you - check the original schedule if you are unsure.

The rest is as scheduled, unless there's more snow...
